Creating a walk-in reservation

When a guest walks up to the beach without booking through the app first, you create the reservation for them from the beach map. This guide shows how to find a free sunbed and book it in a few taps.

The Tickets tab and beach map are available on plans that include them.

  1. Tap the Tickets tab (bottom-left of the tab bar). This opens your beach as a map — the day view of who is there right now, not a list. Three counters sit at the top: Engaged (red — booked by a customer through the SunEasy app), Reserved (blue — booked directly by your business), and Free (gray — available now). A date pill switches between Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, This Month, or a custom date.

  2. Tap a gray (free) sunbed or umbrella marker on the map. A small action sheet opens with New reservation as the top (blue) option. It also shows Past reservations (gray) if that spot has history, and Place Order (gold) unless orders are restricted for your business.

  3. Tap New reservation. A form opens pre-filled with that sunbed. Fill in the customer's Name (it autocompletes against existing customers), Phone, the Status, the day's total Price (priced automatically; editable if you have permission), a Date (administrators, managers, and resellers can pick a date range), and a Payment method (Cash, Card, Bank, Coupon, or Pearls), plus optional Notes. You can add more sunbeds to the same booking from the resource selector.

  4. Optionally tick Generate invoice. This reveals an Official / Summary toggle — the invoice is created together with the reservation, with no separate step.

  5. Tap Make to save. The sunbed turns blue (Reserved) on the map once saved. If the dates overlap another booking on the same sunbed, a red conflict banner appears instead and the reservation is not created.

  6. To change an existing booking, tap the now-colored marker again. The same form reopens with Update, End, Delete, or New Reservation actions, depending on the booking's state.

    A booking made by a customer through the SunEasy app reopens locked and read-only, with only an End option — you cannot edit or cancel it from the map.
