Tracking your business performance

The Analytics screen shows how your business is performing over a chosen period: revenue, occupancy, orders, ratings, and staff performance. It is available to administrators and managers on plans that include it.

1. Tap the Profile tab, then Analytics.

2. Pick a period: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days.

3. Review the figures for that period:

   • Key indicator cards: Total Revenue, Total Reservations, Occupancy Rate, Total Orders, Average Rating, and Reviews.
   • Charts: Revenue Over Time and Occupancy by Day, plus donut breakdowns for Booking Source and Order Status, and a Rating Distribution chart.
   • Lists: Staff Performance, Top Resources, and Popular Menu Items.

If the business has no reservations or orders in the selected period, the screen shows a "No data available" message instead of charts.
