Reading customer reviews
The Reviews screen shows what customers are saying about your business and your average star rating. It is available to administrators and managers on plans that include it.

Tap the Profile tab, then Reviews.

Read the summary at the top: your average star rating, the total number of reviews, and a bar chart showing how the reviews are distributed from five stars down to one.

Scroll the review list. Each card shows the reviewer's rating, their comment, and how long ago the review was posted.

This is a read-only view for the business — replying to reviews is not available in the app.
