Reviewing live booking requests

When a customer books your beach through the SunEasy app, the request appears in Live Bookings for you to approve or decline. This guide shows how to review those requests. Live Bookings is available to administrators and managers on plans that include it.

  1. Tap the Profile tab, then Live Bookings. A red badge on the row shows how many requests are waiting for a decision.

  2. Review the list. Pending requests are listed first, each with inline Approve and Decline buttons; a history of already-resolved bookings follows. You can filter by status, or by date: Yesterday, Today, This week, This month, or a custom range.

  3. Approve or decline directly from the list:

    • Approve confirms the booking immediately.
    • Decline opens a reason picker (Fully booked for today, Resource temporarily unavailable, Closing soon, Bad weather - closing early, or Resource under maintenance) plus an optional note. Tap Confirm Rejection to finish.
  4. If you prefer to see the full picture first, tap a booking card to open its detail page. It shows the guest, dates, sunbeds, and price on one page, with the same Approve and Decline buttons while the request is pending. A declined booking shows a red Rejected banner naming who resolved it, when, and why.

warning

Declining a request is final — the customer is notified and the request cannot be reopened. Double-check the booking before you tap Confirm Rejection.
