Viewing your calendar and syncing it to your phone

The Calendar shows a month's reservations and orders at a glance, and can feed them into your phone's own calendar app so they stay up to date automatically. The Calendar is available to administrators and managers on plans that include it.

  1. Tap the Profile tab, then Calendar.

  2. Browse the month. Each day shows entries for that day's reservations and orders. Two pill toggles at the top let you show or hide each type. The business's opening and closing times trim the hour range shown for each day.

  3. Tap a reservation entry to jump to the Tickets map with that reservation highlighted.

  4. Tap an order entry to open an order-details popup over the calendar.

  5. On a busy day, tap +N more to open a searchable list of that day's events. Tapping an event drills in the same way as the two steps above.

  6. To keep these events in your personal calendar, tap Sync Calendar. This opens the Calendar Sync screen.

  7. Tap Subscribe under Reservations and/or Orders. The app generates a private calendar-feed link, shown as a copyable URL, plus an Add to Calendar button that opens it directly in your phone's calendar app. Tap Revoke at any time to turn the feed off.

The feed link is private to your business. Anyone who has the link can see the events in it, so only share it with people who should see your bookings.
