Viewing your ticket and checking in
Find an existing reservation's ticket and know exactly what to present at the beach entrance.
- Open the Tickets tab. It shows My Reservations with filter pills: All, Upcoming, Past, and Live Booking. If you are not signed in, the tab asks you to sign in before your reservations can be shown.
- Tap a reservation card. That booking's ticket opens as a full-screen view.
- Read the ticket. Below the confirmation banner you will see a badge with the venue's photo, your umbrella numbers, the date range, and the number of umbrellas — and beneath that, a large QR code with the instruction Present this QR code when checking in. Tap the small information button for the "How to use your ticket" tips: show the QR code to staff at the beach entrance, turn your screen brightness up, and keep your confirmation email and an identity document ready just in case.
- Tap More information to expand the details: Location, Date, Umbrellas (with their numbers), and a price summary showing the original price, any coupon discount, any Pearl discount, and the total paid.
- Use the action row at the bottom of the ticket: Add to Calendar, Save to Gallery, Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet (shown depending on your device), and a chat button that opens a message thread with the venue about this specific booking.
