Booking a sunbed, from search to ticket

This guide takes you from searching for a beach to holding a paid, ticketed reservation with a QR code.

  1. Open the Search tab. Type at least 3 characters — a city, beach name, destination, or tag — and press enter. You can also skip typing and scroll the Top Experience Beaches list instead.

  2. Browse the results. Matching beaches and destinations appear as a list. Tap View on Map to see the same results as pins on a map.

  3. On the map view (optional), tap a pin to preview a beach and open its page. You can also reach the map from the View All Beaches tile on the Home tab.

  4. Open a beach by tapping its card. The beach page shows a photo gallery, the name and location, a price-from badge, opening hours, an About section, tags, reviews (with a Write a review option), a menu preview, sea conditions and sun hours, and other beaches at the same destination. A green Live Booking pill appears when the beach offers same-day booking. Tap the heart in the header to save the beach to your favourites.

  5. Tap Book Now.

    Book Now only appears on the beach page when the venue accepts online bookings from that page.

  6. Pick your sunbeds on the beach's own map. A full-screen map of that beach's umbrellas and sunbeds opens, with the header Select up to 5 sunbeds and a hint to swipe across the map to view all of it. Tap up to 5 available umbrellas — occupied ones cannot be selected. Once you have selected at least one, a bar at the bottom shows Proceed with the number of sunbeds you picked.

  7. Tap Proceed, then pick your dates. A Select dates sheet slides up: choose a single day or drag across a range, and the price for your exact selection loads in. For same-day Live Booking, tapping an available umbrella skips the calendar entirely — today is selected automatically and you go straight to the payment page.

  8. Review your booking on the payment page. It shows the sunbed photo and category, your date range, the number of umbrellas and their numbers, any notes from the venue, and a full price breakdown. Optionally you can: enter a coupon or promotional code (or an ambassador code), redeem Pearls in the Use Pearls box — shown whenever the venue accepts card payment — by entering an amount (or tapping Use all) and then tapping Apply, pick an arrival time, set the number of adults, children, infants, and pets, and leave a note for the venue.

  9. Pay. You have three options: Pay with card, a one-tap Apple Pay or Google Pay row (depending on your device), or Pay with Cash.

    Cash payment covers a single sunbed only. The very first time you ever pay with cash, a one-time identity verification step is added before the reservation is confirmed.

  10. Get your ticket. When the payment succeeds, your reservation ticket opens automatically on top of the payment page with a QR code. See Viewing your ticket and checking in for what the ticket shows and how to use it.
