Ordering food and drinks from the beach menu

Order food and drinks right from your sunbed by scanning the QR code at your table, then follow the order's progress in the app.

  1. Tap the round scan button in the centre of the tab bar at the bottom of the screen. Your device camera opens so you can scan the QR code printed at your table or sunbed.

  2. Browse the menu. It opens automatically after a successful scan, with a row of category filters, a search field, and item cards showing a photo, name, description, and price. Use the plus and minus steppers on each card to set quantities. If you already have open orders at this venue, they appear at the top of the same screen so you can keep an eye on them while browsing.

  3. Tap Place Order. The sticky footer shows your running total next to the button.

    You must be signed in with a SunEasy account to submit an order — a guest session is not enough. See Creating an account and signing in.

  4. Track your orders under My Orders, reached from the Profile tab. You can filter orders by date, and each order card shows what you ordered, the total price, and a colour-coded indicator that changes as the venue processes the order. Expand a card to see the full list of items and totals.

  5. Rate the staff when prompted. After certain completed orders, the app invites you to rate the staff member who served you.
