Cancelling a reservation

If you no longer need a reservation, you can ask SunEasy to cancel it for you directly from the reservation's ticket.

  1. Open the Tickets tab and tap the reservation you want to cancel. Its ticket opens as a full-screen view.
  2. Tap the line Need to cancel your reservation? Click here. This opens SunEasy's Contact Us page in your browser, where you can send your cancellation request.

Tapping the link does not cancel the booking by itself — it starts a request. The SunEasy team processes the actual cancellation for you and confirms once it is done.

There is currently no way to change an existing reservation (for example, move it to a different date or switch sunbeds) inside the app. If your plans change, contact SunEasy through the same Contact Us page, or cancel and make a new booking.
