Pearls: earning, tracking, and spending rewards

Pearls are SunEasy's reward points. This guide shows where to see your balance and level, how to earn more, and how to spend Pearls to lower your next bill.

  1. See your balance at a glance on the Profile tab. The Pearl card near the top shows your available Pearls, their value in euros, and your level badge — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Each level has its own earning multiplier, and from Silver upwards you also get a discount at checkout. The card's Earn Pearls button opens your Pearl History.

  2. Open Pearl History to see the details: your balance, its euro value, and your level at the top, followed by a dated ledger of every Pearl you have earned, redeemed, or lost to expiry. Below that, a "How to earn" checklist lists all the ways to collect Pearls: sign up, complete your profile, book a sunbed, order food, leave a review, refer a friend, check in at a beach, like a story, leave a Google review, follow SunEasy on Instagram, play the mini-game, and book at three different venues — or at one venue for at least three days — for a one-time 1,000-Pearl bonus, the single biggest reward on the list. One-time actions you have already completed show a checkmark.

  3. Play the mini-game from the Home tab. In the "Play & earn Pearls" banner, tap Play now to start a short beach mini-game. A win credits Pearls to your account, and a full-screen sparkle celebration greets you the next time you are back in the app.

  4. Spend Pearls at checkout. Whenever you pay by card, the payment page shows a Use Pearls box. If you have enough balance, enter the amount of Pearls to redeem — it is pre-filled with the maximum — or tap Use all, then tap Apply to take them off the booking.

    note

    Pearls can only be redeemed together with a card payment (never with cash), and cannot be combined with an ambassador code on the same booking.

  5. Claim a gifted Pearl link. If SunEasy sends you a "You've been sent Pearls" notification or link, tapping it signs you in if needed and claims the gift automatically — there is no confirmation step — then takes you to the Home tab with the sparkle celebration.
