Menu and Orders

This guide shows you how to build your digital food and drink menu, then follow one order from the moment a guest places it to the moment it is delivered and invoiced.

  1. Open Menu. Select Menu in the sidebar. The page has two tabs, Categories and Menu Items, switchable with the tab strip at the top.

  2. Add a category. On the Categories tab, select New Category, name it (for example, "Drinks"), and save. Clicking a category card and choosing View items filters the Items tab to just that category.

  3. Add a menu item. On the Items tab, select New Item and fill in the name, description, price, category, and one photo — the cover image (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, under 5 megabytes) — then save. Each item card shows its category and price badges plus two toggles: Feature (up to four featured items appear on your public business page, once Show Menu on Business Page is switched on in Settings) and Show/Hide (removes the item from the guest-facing menu without deleting it). Edit and Delete sit alongside them.

  4. See orders come in. Select Orders in the sidebar. The list filters by source, status, and date, and a Map View toggle lets you click a sunbed on the beach map to see only that sunbed's orders. Each order card shows the sunbed number, the guest's name, the time, a status pill, and the total.

  5. Move an order forward. Tap the status pill on a card to open a dropdown and pick the next stage — Pending, Confirmed, Preparing, Ready, or Delivered — or mark the order Cancelled or Refused.

  6. Look at what is in the order. Tap the card to expand it. You see the item list with quantities and notes, the total, an Open chat button for orders placed by a guest in the app, and an Order Invoice button.

  7. Take a walk-up order yourself. Select New Order, choose the resource or table and the date, add items from the menu, and confirm. The order then follows the same status flow as any guest order.

  8. Invoice the order. On an expanded card, select Order Invoice to generate a fiscal invoice for it. See Payments and Invoices for downloading or emailing the invoice.
