Setting Up Your Organization

This guide takes a newly onboarded business from first sign-in to a fully prepared Dashboard: arranging the beach map, pricing the sunbeds, uploading photos, and setting the season.

  1. Sign in, or ask to be linked to your business. SunEasy staff normally create the organization and the owner account during the on-site visit, so most owners simply sign in to the Dashboard with the email and password they were given. If you created your own account first, you land on the Welcome page after signing in. It offers two panels: Own a business?, with a button that opens the business registration page on the SunEasy website, and Join an existing business, where you type the Business Owner Email of the organization you should be linked to and select Send Request. The page then shows a thank-you message with a refresh button so you can check back once the owner approves your request.

  2. Land on Home. Once you are linked to an organization, the Home page shows today's weather, a SunEasy Reservations summary, occupancy statistics, sea conditions, a My Bookings list, and a balance widget. Owners also see an earnings summary. Sea conditions appear only when your organization has map coordinates on file and your plan includes Live Booking (the Max plan).

  3. Arrange the beach map. Open Resources from the sidebar. You see an interactive map of every sunbed, umbrella, and cabana already loaded on your account. Select the lock icon in the top-left corner to unlock editing, then drag each marker until the map matches the real layout of your beach. New physical resources (the actual number of sunbeds) are provisioned by the SunEasy team during onboarding — there is no button here to add them yourself.

  4. Group sunbeds into sections (optional). Owners, managers, and any staff not restricted to a single section see a Sections button on the map. Select it, then Add Zone to name a section (for example, "VIP Front Row") and, if you like, assign the staff logins that should only see that section. Back on the zone list, select Assign Sunbeds on a zone, pick sunbeds on the map (tap them one by one, use the number-range picker, or choose Select All), and confirm.

  5. Set prices. Select Update Prices on the map to enter selection mode, tap the sunbeds you want to price (or Select All for one type), then select Confirm Selection. This opens the pricing page for just those resources. Set the base price (and an afternoon price if you use one), add scheduled or seasonal price periods under the Schedule section (start and end dates, a value, or a recurring weekday), and optionally add resource notes shown to the guest at checkout (for example, "Includes 2 drinks"). A plainer Pricing Rules page, reached from the sidebar under Pricing, edits the same underlying price records one at a time via its New button.

  6. Upload photos. Open Media from the sidebar. The category filter defaults to SunEasy — your storefront gallery (entrance, beach, bar, sunbeds). Select Upload to add photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, or SVG), drag rows to reorder them (this is the order guests see), select the eye icon on a row to preview the photo full-size, and select the delete icon to remove it. The Menu, Review, and Chat categories fill in automatically from the menu editor and from guests — nothing is uploaded to them directly.

  7. Tune season dates and booking behavior. Under Settings (owners and managers only), set the season start and end dates and the afternoon-price start time, then switch on whatever applies to your business: Allow Live Booking, Enable Menu Ordering (with Restrict Orders to Reserved), Show Menu on Business Page (with Show Menu Prices), and Force QR Code Scan for check-in.

note

Going live is not a Dashboard action. There is no publish button anywhere in the Dashboard: whether your business appears as bookable in the guest apps is switched on by the SunEasy team once your photos, prices, and map are ready.
